In practice, this means you’ll:

• Field inbound leads, both digital and phone
• Drive to customers’ homes to demonstrate/sell our product in person
• Estimate projects and issue proposals
• Follow up relentlessly to close sales
• Manage inventories of materials and supplies
• Handle all appointment and project scheduling
• Oversee and develop your expert installation team
• Develop commercial / industrial business to supercharge your earning potential

This salary + commission position includes insurance benefits and company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.

1/15/24 – Part-time Coatings Installation Crew Leader

We’re seeking an energetic, motivated leader and crew in the Austin / San Antonio, TX area.

Working in teams of 2-3 individuals, you will install concrete floor coatings to our specifications, using company-provided equipment and materials.

We’ll pay to train the right team! Work 2-4 days a week and get paid fast!

This job consists of light-to-medium physical labor, as well as towing a light-duty trailer to and from job sites. You’ll need to pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
